We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting (off site) AR15/M16 Armorer Course, taught by Defensive Edge SLR15 Rifles
on July 18th & 19th the cost is $350 per student, the only requirement is (in state resident) your valid FOID card, your AR rifle, and the cost of the fee paid beforehand. For out of state residents, you must have your valid out of state drivers license with you at the time of the class, your rifle.
This class is geared toward law enforcement personnel, gun smiths, and target shooters, but is open to anyone. Please click here to sign up.

Who we are:
We are active participants in the gun sports that we supply and
service. And support sport shooting organizations such as SASS,

Our staff is headed by John Picchietti, an industry leader and recognized
authority on sporting arms and vintage weapons. Before entering
the firearms industry, Mr. Picchietti had a distinguished military
and law enforcement career. Upon retirement from public service,
he started his own gun business in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
That business, now based in Libertyville, Illinois has developed
a national reputation for quality arms and gunsmith services.
John continues his civic contributions as an industry
spokesperson and has testified before Congress. He is also active
in local community affairs.His first priority however, is to his
customers, who quickly become his friends. Those customers range
in age from young shooters to seasoned professionals. At JTG, you
